1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
✔ Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged products.
✔ An unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) is required as proof of damage.
✔ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Share the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
3️⃣ Our team will review the video and provide return/exchange instructions if approved.
4️⃣ Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
5️⃣ Once received, we will inspect the item and process the replacement or refund if eligible.
3. Refund Policy
