1. Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase required and no hidden fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: 6-8 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Which carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking included.
Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship within Australia only.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and instructions. Do not send items back without authorisation.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the amount to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel at any time before your order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@trendyandcouture.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Contact us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and what you are looking for. We will check availability and guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
3. Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. For full details, see our Payment Policy.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Products
Do you sell clothing for both men and women?
Yes. Our range includes clothing, shoes, and swimwear for women, with a growing selection for men.
Are the colours accurate on screen?
We make every effort to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on your device and screen settings.
5. Orders
How will I know my order was placed successfully?
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page or directly on the Australia Post website.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with Australia Post. If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Australian Consumer Law
What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. Our 30-day return window is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
