At Trendy & Couture, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we've made the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient)
Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without original tags or packaging may not be approved and may be returned to you at your expense.
3. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized before you send anything back. Do not ship items without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the warehouse address to ship your item to.
4. Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item because it doesn't fit, you changed your mind, or you ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. How to Return an Item
- Contact us — Email support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive authorization — Our team will confirm your return and provide the warehouse return address and instructions
- Pack securely — Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included
- Ship it back — Use the carrier of your choice and retain your tracking number until your refund is confirmed
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account
- If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain why
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, contact us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and what you are looking for. We will check availability and guide you through the next steps.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@trendyandcouture.com. If your order has already shipped by the time you reach out, we are unable to cancel it — you are welcome to return it once it arrives by following the process above.
9. Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such items will be clearly indicated on their product page before purchase.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.
If the failure is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns are offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
