At Trendy & Couture, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience for our Australian customers. All orders include free tracked shipping — no minimum spend required.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum order requirement and no hidden fees.
Order Processing & Delivery

Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods, handling times may be slightly longer — we will keep you informed of any delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery at any time through our Order Tracking page or directly on the Australia Post website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the status to appear in Australia Post's system.
Responsibility for Delivery
Trendy & Couture is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you experience any other delivery issue, please contact us at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number. We will investigate with Australia Post and keep you updated throughout the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@trendyandcouture.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated return shipping costs.
